Born and raised in Mexico City. She is one of the world's few women photographers and the only Mexican to capture images of big waves from the water. She has been a guest on podcasts​,​ radio shows​,​ and television programs. Her lens has captured waves in Hawaii​,​ Tahiti​,​ the Galapagos Islands​,​ California​,​ Mexico​,​ Portugal​,​ and beyond.
