Code of Conduct

Ethical Conduct: Users are expected to act with integrity, honesty, and respect towards others in all interactions within the Rideaway community.

Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles, experience listings, and all communications on the platform.

Respect for Diversity: Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with Laws: Users are required to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Safe and Inclusive Environment: Rideaway promotes a safe and inclusive environment. Any actions that compromise the safety or well-being of others are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

Professionalism: All interactions should be conducted in a professional and courteous manner. Offensive language, threats, or harassment are not tolerated.

Transparency: Users should communicate openly and honestly with others on the platform, including providing clear details about experiences and terms.

Data Privacy: Users are required to respect the privacy of others and adhere to Rideaway’s Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Content: Posting, sharing, or promoting any illegal, harmful, or offensive content is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility for Experience: Experience providers are responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of their offerings.

Booking and Payment: Users must adhere to Rideaway’s booking and payment processes, ensuring fair and timely transactions.

Feedback and Reviews: Constructive and honest feedback is encouraged, but any false, malicious, or defamatory reviews are strictly prohibited.

Security: Users must not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform or engage in any activity that compromises the security of Rideaway.

Ownership of Accounts: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not share login credentials.

Prompt Resolution of Issues: Users should promptly address and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during or after an experience.

Cooperation with Investigations: Users must cooperate fully with any investigations conducted by Rideaway in response to reported violations.

Legal Compliance: Rideaway reserves the right to report any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

Suspension or Removal: Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or removal from the Rideaway platform.

Legal Action: In severe cases, Rideaway reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who engage in prohibited activities, causing harm to the community or the platform.

Users are encouraged to review and abide by this Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and respectful community experience on Rideaway’s Global Experience Marketplace.
