Cancellation Policy

When listing an experience to sell, you can select three options: No cancellations, Full refund 15 days prior to experience or Full refund 48 hours prior to experience. If a refund need to be issued, the operator or the customer can click request refund and it will be sent to the payer's account minus a small processing fee. This can only be done prior to the experience occurring.
